ʻIolani Palace Friday Afternoon Concert Chairs

Friday afternoon concerts at ʻIolani Palace have been a tradition of the Royal Hawaiian Band for many decades.  Visitors and kamaʻāina alike continue to come and enjoy the beautiful sunshine and soft trade winds as they sit beneath the majestic trees gracing the Palace grounds.

An ongoing project of the "Friends" is the continual upkeep and replacement of folding chairs for  those attending the weekly 12 noon concerts.  Through the efforts of the "Friends" and your support, we hope that concert-goers will continue to enjoy these free open-air concerts presented by Hawaiʻi's Royal Band.  For updated performance information, please click here.
